i dont understand why the order is void as i still have enough point to cover it ?

I've just looked and have had 500 removed as a credit error and one of the vouchers I ordered has been voided but points put back on ! (I did receive the stress pigs this morning though!!)

I think because they ran out of £5 vouchers. Although I don't think they'll do the £5 ones again because too many people were claiming straight away.

They voided our £10 vouchers and deducted 500 points from our accounts

I think I may have been cancelled, as I just tried to log on,and it doesnt recognise my password - when I asked for the password to be sent to me it said my e-mail is not recognised ???????

Anyone else had the same???
