Ive had this problem too. I couldnt log off my partners account to get into mine for days. Said my e-mail wasnt recognised. I emailed Pigsback thinking they had cancelled my account. I then tried to type in the address in the address bar again, and it came up as my account.
I did receive an e-mail from Pigsback today trying to help me log on, saying to clear cookies and temporary internet files, you could try that.

grrr. have just logged on after a while and they've taken 700 points off!! was just about to order my first voucher. and they've also taken the £5 vouchers off
