  • Hi, i have discovered that pigsback.com are not all they seem to be. On Saturday i used my piggypoints against a £10 voucher for Boots. However, when i checked today, i found that my voucher had been voided and they also deducted 500 piggypoints against an allegedly 500 points credit error. I have found out from other members that this is also happening to them. It's no use emailing or phoning them as they don't reply. I am now keeping a strict eye on them to see what happens in the near future. If any other person is experiencing the same/other problems with pigsback.com, it would be a good idea to post it on the forum as i have done.

I think we've all been treated the same, apart from those people, like Yvonne, whose accounts were cancelled totally. I don't understand why they made a distinction there.

I think the whole site is a stupid idea  I did nothing wrong, I only had 1 account but it's been shut! My husband had an account which has had points deducted but his is still open

  • I have got another site which gives out High Street Vouchers when you do surveys, don't want to put a referral link on here but if anyone wants one PM me please. My husband has had £10 from them in Argos Vouchers, whereas I only got £2 so far (WHSmiths)

Ill tell you what, I'm really annoyed how i didn't just cash in my voucher for a CD-wow one as i doubt I'll ever get a voucher. Now a few days ago i ordered another voucher, but ill probably never get that.

Even a mouse mat would have been nice, this dell one is getting a bit tacky

I have been a pigsback member for over 4 years and have had very few problems. Any problems that I have had have been resolved very quickly usually to my satisfaction.

Perhaps the problems now are a result of trying to grow their business in the UK too quickly with some poor planning thrown in (seemingly in website management mainly and customer relations). In the end of the day what do you expect for nothing (well except your time). I haven't heard many posts saying that they have gained points by buying at advertised stores it seems just by answering quizs or clicking links.

Am I totally off the mark?

I actually placed two orders via Pigsback (Figleaves and HQHair). The number of Piggypoints they credited for the HQHair order was half the amount it should have been. The Figleaves points haven't been added (Yet?)

I've emailed Pigsback and haven't had any response - not even an automated one to confirm that they have received my email.

I would genuinely have used this site for more cashback shopping as I could have built up rewards quite quickly taking into account the 'free' points on site.

The poor customer service from the site and their lack of response to my query means that in future I will only use them to take advantage of freebies, I won't be using them for cashback shopping again.
