I have rang up again today after the bloke yesterday told me they would ring me back.They just keep fobbing me off and im fed up now.She took all my details again today and promised someone would get back to me today.Surprise surprise nobody has called.I have also sent 4 emails and not 1 has been answered.
Any suggestions anyone?

I have two account and have had loads of points deducted off both. luckily for me i manages to cliam and use 2 cd-wow vouchers before my points were swiped. Can't say i'm too annoyed cos pigsback are probably losin out big time!

Im only annoyed as I dont like being treated in such a high handed manner - if they were going to cancel my account the least they could do would be to let me know!
You cant really complain as it was something for nothing, but it does leave a nasty taste in your mouth.

I got pigsback sizzler email today and it has a refer a friend for pigsback connect for 500 points, I clicked on the refer a friend option on the left and when you read the details it says -Offer expires Wednesday 31 December 2004-and this email was received today, so like the Nokia one people must be able to sign up and think they have the points then no doubt they will cancel them and they (pigsback) will still have got referals, then again might be a typing error on their part!!

Don,t know whether to click or not, the dog and cat food thing is on the page.
They have already deducted 500 points, i bet they will end up cancelling my account for clicking on irish sites but as far as i am concerned its their fault.

I had the cat/dog one too but thought better of it, as you say I thought they were off the Irish site, few 10 points floating around site tonight but I'm not feeling that hopeful of ever receiving a voucher

ok folks a lot of people are telling of the points deducted, added etc.including me..and various other problems with this site, by the sounds of it, they have realised that they have made a boo boo and cant honour what they offered? instead they make random excuses about irish and uk sites not being used together...if that the case why send out the email with links to irish points to everyone?....i think it has gone on long enough.. time to get these weasels to sort it out...come on martin give us a hand!!!!

Looks like they've taken off the zones link to the Irish site on the paddypower poker link so they might be sorting things out now.
