    Both my Boots vouchers are now void but of course the points haven't been added back on. However i ordered my vouchers like a lot of you about 3 weeks ago so obviously they hadn't even been mailed out.

    Just checked my balance and they deducted 500 points yesterday, stating credit error!!! The only thing that would amount to these points was the nokia club registration, which I completed, so I've no idea why they deducted these points.

    Yes my Nokia points have been deducted and my vouchers cancelled.

    My first cinema voucher has arrived...which is a good start. They have also taken 500 points off me for a credit error. However, there is no indication that they are voiding any of my voucher claims...as yet.

    My partner's account is fine. But as yet he hasn't made any claims for any vouchers.

    they seem to have done the same to my account:
    -200 credit error (Nokia points)
    +575 reward order void (Boots £5 voucher)

    why the order void????

    Have had 700 points removed because of 'credit error' - presumably Nokia and the 02 Newsletter?? Anyone else had that many deducted? :(
