Well i have just rang them for the second time to find out where my vouchers are.1st time i was asked to email them,which i did and still have not received a reply.Today was asked to leave my number so someone will get back to me.Im not gonna hold my breath at all
Their customer services leaves alot to be desired.

i to have lost 125 point, not recieved my stress pigs, or the £5.00 voucher that was ordered on the 7th july

I am still waiting for a £5.00 voucher that I ordered on 5th July - emailed them and had the check at post office - mailed them back and not heard anything. checked today, my points are still the same as they were. dh is still waiting for a 10.00 voucher from 5th july, and a 5.00 one from 16th july, his points have doubled overnight so i have gone in and ordered a 10.00 voucher just now. also mailed them about his via contact us, and we have had no reply at alll about them.

I've lost 500 points as well - and I've emailed them about it. Not heard anything back though. This is getting ridiculous.

They dont work for me, they just take me to a log in page even though I am already logged in.

Log in through the page it takes you to on the 1st link,then try all the links again.

I think ill stick with the UK links for now, just until my account stops acting weird.
