Sorry, but I know I could not stand the aggro you have been having (haven't kept up the blog lately). The late night cooking, the noise, the phone etc etc - would not have been acceptable with the kids when here and certainly would not accept from a lodger! I know you need some income but I have a feeling at the end of the day not much of an income is coming in once she has used your phone, you have cleaned up after, she has eaten et al.

Please consider your peace and quiet. I am sure you could get someone else as a lodger who has a much better outlook on life.

Please take care and give her notice. Enough is enough. What if she starts a major fire!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Love

    Evening everyone,
I`m just getting settled down to watch Martins programme before another early night.
I think i`m geting into the hang of this early night lark as i feel much better during the day, i`ll get fully sorted and then my shifts change again at the end of the week so i`ll need to adjust again.
It`s very windy here and we keep getting downpours of rain too which i thankfully managed to avoid while i was out with the dogs earlier.
Not done a great deal today other than work as tea was already made which was the same as yesterday and tomorrow i`ve just got to make the potatoes to put on the top of the mince for a shepherds pie, the crumble is already waiting in the fridge for dessert.
Coffee maker and breadmaker are set on timers ready for the morning and the dishwasher is loaded ready to put on before i leave for work, the wm actually does not have to go on tonight for the first time in ages!
(((hugs))) to those that need them especially tattycath and frizzel
    Have a good evening everyone.

Planning on starting the GC again soon :p
  • We had a nice dinner of roasted veg, pasta + sauce. Got enough veg left for lunch tomorrow.

Foot's sore; I went to the depot and talked to the MD - he seemed to not be happy about my boss's behavior regarding my injury and lack of interest in getign me back to work. He was really suprised when I told him the timeline and that I had to have to toe come off so I could get back to work. I also told him that I had been sent a letter from payroll telling me that my sick pay had run out - 4 weeks early! - and as I'm not eligible for Incapacity Benefit (I'm not British), I now have no income............. Good thing I'm married!

I also talked to the union and he is going to try to get my pay sorted and hopefully that will be before the next payday.

I'll just have to see what happens......

Shez and Bgn Rzl - have fun and have a glass of red for me!
    We did ;)

Well, if a large glass of red is 1/3 of a bottle, and there were two of us and we had to have a glass for you... well that'd be a bottle then :D

    (and the rest :o)
