I'm getting £2.29 refunded. The reply was ultra quick, well under an hour. Will take 2-3 days to appear in my account.
At least I know it works for future purchases.
    cheers

  • How annoying, i've only just read this and I think I've JUST missed my deadline. I've sent them a message anyway just in case but I will definately have to remember this next year.

If three of the items that I ordered are lowered, and I mean only by about a pound, but it all helps, but one is then more expensive how does that work? Do they refund on the three items still or say 'well this one is now 50p more' and then deduct that from the amount?

    Thanks

    A_S xx

Should I do it just for £2.24??

They won't take off the difference in price of the item that's increased in value. Email them and ask for a refund of the total amount that those three items have decreased in price. Don't mention the one that's increased. I was in a similar situation, 1 item decreased, 2 increased, wasn't even an issue.
  • I will be receiving a refund of £36.55 from my order that I placed on the 16th November. Again, they said that they would refund the difference as the price had gone down within 30 days of me placing the order! Well I'm happy! :j
Incidentally I had equally as many things on this order that had gone up.....but we didn't mention those!:lipsrseal
  • Excellent. I placed the order 7th Dec but I just had a message to say they are going to refund £14.01.
