Is there anywhere on their site where they provide details of this policy?

Everything I bought has gone up in price! :rotfl:

All but one of the things I bought has gone up in price (or stayed the same), the one that has dropped is only by a couple of pounds so not really worth the hassle!
  • I've just reclaimed £8. Not a huge amount, but better than a poke in the eye! :T
  • Thanks - just got £31.00 back from my complete West Wing box set. :T

As Amazon have extended their returns time due to Xmas, I wondered if they had extended their price promise too., as I bought a couple of items in late November.
Probably not, but I thought I'd check on their website just in case- but I can't find any reference to the price promise anywhere. Where is it hidden?

  • I've been in touch this morning even though it was more than 30 days since we ordered the item Amazon have said that as the price dropped within 30 days of us placing the order that they would give a refund of the difference (about £23 on 2 items). It's definately worth a try if the price has dropped on something.

This morning I've claimed back £5 on a DAB radio which was ordered outside the 30 days, but despatched within 30 days. I've also claimed back £7.30 for various items in an order placed outside 30 days ago but were discounted within 30 days of the order being placed.

So, we'll see what happens as both aren't straightforward reclaims!

I've found 3 items from 5th December that have done down in price. One item is from the marketplace. The price from the same supplier has also dropped so have requested refund and will let everyone know the response.

The program sounds like a brilliant item. It makes it automated, I've installed it on Firefox so will see how we get on. I'm passing this onto as many people as I can.

  • My item had dropped by 36 pounds within the 30 days and I got a message within 5 mins of claiming to say they will refund it. Excellent!
