  • This is great, thanks to OP. A DVD I got my brother for xmas has gone down by £4.50, not a lot but every penny helps! I also got a reply very quickly to say that they will refund me.

    I highly doubt you're going to get any refund on Marketplace items anyway, they're not sold by Amazon, Amazon don't take the money and so they wouldn't be expected to pay back any difference.

    It's still worth emailing them. This happened on a Sat Nav I bought and I still got a refund.

    If three of the items that I ordered are lowered, and I mean only by about a pound, but it all helps, but one is then more expensive how does that work? Do they refund on the three items still or say 'well this one is now 50p more' and then deduct that from the amount?
