Bookmark Issue

I've found that, to manage this 'improvement' to suit me, I've deleted all but the most important (to me) bookmarked threads so that scrolling down isn't arduous as it's only a single page. I almost always read on my phone so still don't have the recent comments at the top.

Previously, I would bookmark threads that looked interesting and lurk to see how the responses were going before engaging or deleting.

So, the change has drastically cut down my interaction with the site. I just visit quickly to post on my regular threads and then leave PDQ. I've put up with the previous improvements, got used to extra clicks etc but this is literally a real turn off.

To follow on from what MSE_James said about making a separate thread -

Could you start a thread on our new Report a Technical Issue board (which was the feedback board for the Rich Editor, but we've just given it a revamp).

It can be very difficult to get traction on a bug report with our provider when it seems to be isolated to one user and we're not giving them information on how to reproduce the issue, so we've created the new board to try to get maximum information, and if any other users have the same issue they can give an up vote and add any extra info they have.

If I follow quick links it does order bookmarks in recently commented order. Hopefully your provider will amend the shorter link via the profile picture

This was in reference to rtandon27 comment, which I assumed was referring to either a bookmark in their mobile browser, or an icon shortcut saved to their phone's screen.

It's not something I can really help with because it varies between phones and even the browser you are using on that phone.

Apologies. I hinted at it coming much sooner in an earlier message, but it turned out not to be something that our provider had to make a big change for, rather than just editing a field in the backend.
