Strictly speaking the date of a judgment is when the judge gives the extempore judgment.

There's no reason to wait till day 29, so may as well discharge it now.

The o/p can consider whether to appeal, but that is of course playing double or quits.

So the judgement was made 13th Oct and paid on the 15th when received.

The hearing was 14th Sept, gladstones didn't want to take payment till they had the judgement.

So do I do N443 for certificate of discharge or cancellation?

Its not clear as I paid 15/10 but is the judgment date the 13/10 since that is the date on the document and says 14 days for payment. When I called the court service last week they said the time to pay starts when the judgement was issued not the hearing, which they shortened to 14 days due to delay - paid with 2 days of that.

If the court are not responding to your emails you can make an official complaint through the MoJ complaints page.

But I'd save that for a few weeks and keep on emailing, although bear in mind that they will be slow.

Ok I can raise a complaint as clearly they ignored the email!

Am I correct in thinking the order is issued the 13/10 and says paid within 14 days then its complied with for cancelation?

I have to email the same court the n443 with supporting documents.

How does the £19 fee get paid do they send instructions once you email?
