If I pay this week do I pay £392.69 or the £276.58?

I need to judgement set aside, gladstones verbally said I get the balance back if the judgement is changed.

Nothing back from the court yet, gladstones online payment system is down!

You do not need the judgment set aside.

You would have been so much better paying Contestor Legal to appeal it because you could have let them handle it and get it overturned as she erred in law

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ok so when I called on friday the judgement has not been entered and they said the 28 days start from the judgement being entered and issued by the court. Is that correct? I want ensure its paid within the 30 days so its not registered against me.

I have emailed under the slip rule to sort the interest.

I'm struggling to follow. Did you send the email I drafted, as drafted? That wasn't a request to fix the interest under the slip rule. It mentioned the slip rule only as a fallback. The interest was not the largest quantum error. Have you sent another email?

I'm a random person on the internet. I hold no legal qualifications and nothing I say is advice.

Yes I added in the bits needed and sent it as drafted it account for double handling and calculation errors and not just slip rule.

I sent it as you drafted, it thank you.

I am trying to get a firm handle on the 1 calendar month payment of ccj, the judge said nothing about it starting on the day of hearing. I believe the time starts when it drawn up and there 6 week backlog apparently.

So I would immediately pay the judgment amount to Gladstones.

You then have unlimited time to have it amended and a replacement issued, so don't worry about a ticking clock.

Gladstones are (insert expletive), but they will refund you the excess if ordered to.
