The case I cited, you may want to link it in the email.
Copy their solicitors, or delete that line if you don't.
I'm a random person on the internet. I hold no legal qualifications and nothing I say is advice.

Judge said 8% interest was not reasonable and so she said she would use 4% clearly she didn't have a clue how to work it out.
She seem flustered.
She allowed the additional £70 as a PENALTY her words yes - disallowed the £10 as she was being generous.
I have until the 14th Oct to pay the amount by my calculation.

Yes I have sent it- I didn't get the Judges name (I noted the change of judge at last minute and asked for it to put put to the judge from the hearing).
It went this morning.
My 30 days are up on the 14th Oct 26 so they have alittle time to correct as far as I can see I get two answers when I checked.
The court emailed 24th Sept saying the order had not been drawn, when do you think the the 30 day timer starts?

@Edvance_Guy Based on what AI/Google tells me the CCJ countdown starts from the date of hearing. If you are concerned about the CCJ and your mortgage and you are dead set on paying the debt, I have a suggestion.
I would as a worst case pay the debt using the 8% rule + the additional £10 that the judge disallowed. The bank details for Horizon or whoever they used Gladstones/DCB Legal should be with you based on earlier emails etc from them.
Just send the money and when the judgement comes, and if you overpaid claim it back from them.. If they refuse time for you to raise a claim against them..
Just a suggestion to ease your stress on getting an accidental CCJ due to poor paperwork from the court..

Depends what AI u use one said date of court sealed judgement other said hearing date: Not sure what would happened if I didn't attend like the claiment.
They initially would let me pay yesterday but, have now agreed to accept payment but they want the judgement to confirm its settled.

The email about the slip rule should push it on quickly.
