Yes, Octoplus rewards need to be claimed promptly and then the Lidl coupon is valid for a fortnight.

Yes, I got the Lidl sweet treat twice in consecutive weeks so I claimed both at the same time! - I was tempted to get the most expensive treat available but I can't resist their chocolate "cronuts" - cheaper but better IMO
