I've won two coffees which I refused and a sausage roll. I accepted the sausage roll thinking I might pass a Greggs, then realised that my Octopus account is on my iPad which doesn't leave home so it's a no go anyway. I would really rather they stop all their weird things including the various freebies and the wheel spin and just reduce prices.

  • So not a fan of the spin thing or the 'treats'. Other Energy Utility Companies offer free electricity at the weekend. Even Scottish Power does this (and SP has a really not good ustomer service vibe):

    How ScottishPower Discounts Work

    • Default Weekend Discount: If you do not choose custom times, you automatically get half-price (50% off) electricity between 12pm and 4pm every Saturday and Sunday. [1]

Last week it was a pack of sweets. This week it was a pack of sweets. I'd much prefer a hot drink. Especially in this weather.
