    try this number

0117 3299100 local rate (or use your free minutes)
dont ring the national rate number

also you can try this 08000491127 (option 2) customer services

hope that helps, mention you are unhappy as new customers get the offers (bascially act innoncent, even though you know) they will transfer to correct dept for you to the laptop.

    hope that helps.
  • Grrr I like the deals but I dont want AOL Talk packages as I already use an over ride number for my international calls :(
  • are all the packages a 10 gig download limit
  • My sister signed up to this deal and got the laptop. Regardless of whether it's a refurb or not (hers wasn't), it is still a great laptop - more than capable of letting you browse the web, do some coursework/officework, etc...
For light users (i.e. those who don't want to play the latest games or do complex graphical work) then it's a fantastic bit of kit that works very well.

For the cost, I think it's a good deal too - most broadband deals aren't much cheaper per month without a laptop.

Just one last thing - I don't think the laptop came with any antivirus/firewall software, so I'd recommend installing your own security software if you get one of these laptops. Martin has some tips on this website for free software - click here

It comes with McAfee firewall & anti virus but it's only a free trial for about 1 month & then you can subscribe if you wish to.

dhan how long did they make your contarct for the £9.99 per month contract? 18 months? And when did you roughly apply. I've just finished my contract and have got the amount down to £9.99 from £14.99.
