CIVIL NATIONAL BUSINESS LETTER

context is important. He received the CCJ in 2021. After this they went awol until late last year when the letters from bwlegal started.
He only got the job with home office last year.
But you are right, the CCJ ends in May 20270 -
Well as its 5.5 years old and the statute is up after 6 years, when it times out, it seems pointless paying it, because that doesn't remove it, and it seems pointless in paying £321 for a set aside application because I don't believe that he has grounds for a set aside, I just dont think that it would be granted by the judge, leaving him £321 out of pocket and no further forward
He should declare it now to the employer, as an oversight, and plead for mercy, or get the Union involved, if possible, because having a civil CCJ over a parking charge invoice doesn't or shouldn't affect his daily job, its not a criminal matter regardless of any police being involved, its a private civil dispute

Makes sense not to pay anything.
He had initially appealed it via email and phone but they rejected it saying his number plate was wrong- load of boll****Employers are aware. They not saying anything yet. Waiting for the nppv3 clearance to come. He is requesting police clearance.
For the rest should he remain mute and ignore the bwlegal letters?0 -
is there any further advise?
