Mse member meltof has around 10 posts, click on their username, then comments and look at the one dated 12th April

You dont send it anywhere

You login to MCOL via your government gateway account and copy and paste the 11 paragraphs meltof defence template into the defence box, save and submit it

No paperwork, no posting anything, no emails either
