Would someone please post if they
a) hear back from Egg via a secure message
b) get the cashback credited to the account?
Am more likely to be on here, than watching Egg.
Thanks
Jen

Sounds like Egg Customer Service is going to be inundated with enquiries about cashback gone AWOL... Like previous posters, my cashback (£33 from memory) has failed to be credited with this month's statement - not that I can actually SEE my statement nor have I been able to do so for months & months. They previously told me that my statements being "Unavailable" was a problem "affecting a small number of customers" [oh, that's a comfort...] - despite the fact that they e-mail me every month to tell me it's there for me to "go and take a look". But I used to be able to see [via Account Details or whatever it's called] that I had 33 quid cashback. Now I haven't... I have this morning Secure Messaged them to ask where it's gone & I will await their reply when they've dealt with the other 15 million similar enquiries.Expect the worst & hope for the best...0

Well according to the T&Cs it is the period from your March statement to your February statement. So your February statement should show the final amount for the year.
They say they will pay cashback in March. From what others have said, this has been on the March statement date in the past. I'm speculating that they are going to credit everyone's accounts near the end of March instead (or risk breaching their T&Cs). It would be nice to have it confirmed either way, though...Running Club targets 20105KM - 21:00 21:55 (59.19%)10KM - 44:00 --:-- (0%)Half-Marathon - 1:45:00 HIT! 1:43:08 (57.84%)Marathon - 3:45:00 --:-- (0%)0 -
I don't think that's correct. From memory, the last two years have been paid around the 4th to 6th of March. The first payment though, in March 2006, was made very late in the month...possibly even the 31st March? From what others have said, this has been on the March statement date in the past.
If anyone can be bothered searching the stoozing site I'm sure the exact payment dates for the last 3 years will be found in the various Egg Money threads on there.0 -

I was talking about the 2% instant cashback from Shell, not the 1% on all spends.0 -

Just checked egg (go to more details about your egg money account) and
it is still showing my cashback earned to date as £184.20 so the total for the year has not been reset yet.
If anything changes (or I get some money!) I will update on here.0 -

Thanks for this. So there we go, we have to be patient until the end of March (possibly before)Running Club targets 20105KM - 21:00 21:55 (59.19%)10KM - 44:00 --:-- (0%)Half-Marathon - 1:45:00 HIT! 1:43:08 (57.84%)Marathon - 3:45:00 --:-- (0%)0 -

I don't mind when it's paid, but was concerned because it had disappeared. That hasn't happened before. Also, it was paid last year in the Feb 8 statement. My current statement Mar 8 09 is showing -£13.
So, there does seem to be a problem.
