    Hi all,

    OK had my March 09 statement and built up £200 cashback over the past year - but it hasn't been applied yet.

    Does the cashback get added at the same time as your statement is issued or just sometime during the statement month?

    I think the Shell cashback ended on 1 March. Your annual cashback can be added anytime in March.

    Mine not showing as yet, was credited 4th March last year.

    Mine is still running and was under the impression that it was to run until 31st March.

    Statement today shows egg cashback has been reset. (£76 missing)
    The statement does not show it as being paid.

    Just checked my account and have the same thing. Cashback has been zeroed but no sign of it on the statement. Will wait till Monday as my statement was only issued on Friday.
