Same as you KTF, issued Friday.
Still nothing showing today though.
How is this cashback given - as a credit on your transactions? (I don't know as I only opened Money last June).
Has anyone been paid yet?0 -
I checked my March statement for last year (its normally paid every March) and it was paid on March 4 and appeared as a credit just as a normal payment would.
I have sent them a message asking what has happened to it this year as no sign of it yet even though my cashback has been reset...0 -
Last year mine was issued on the 4th March and no sign of it on this months statement, however its only the 9th and may take a few days to display so I'll wait for now. Next statement is the 15th.
£115 here we come

It has been customary to credit the Egg Money account with the cashback in March.0 -
My statement is due on Friday (the 13th woo hoo) - and paid off very large spend last month so I'll hopefully be getting £80 if my calculations are right.
But guessing this is probably the last year as Citibank can't run this for another 12 months surely.0 -
OK I am kind of relieved that others on this site have not had their cashback as well because I was beginning to wonder. I have knocked up £97 this year and have met all the T&A's so like some of you was surprised to see my March statement with a reset cashback amount and yet no trace of payment from Egg with the £97 earned over the March 08 - 09 period

Normally they are quite quick and I am just hoping there has been a delay. Probably no money in the bank to pay us or somehow under some stupid Government oversight it all goes towards Sir Fred's pension. Poor bloke having to cope with how to spend all that money
Still I have messaged Egg as to where my dosh is hiding and will check back here in a couple of days to start a legal war against them if they don't cough up. Viva la revolution

I also got my statement today (statement day 8th March). No sign or the cashback being credited yet. This is my first cashback date with the card, got about £140 to be paid. Does it take a few days to clear? Or perhaps they are paying everyones on the last day of the month? I suppose that would still follow their T&C, which simply say it will be paid in March.
I won't bother raising it with them, as loads of other have already, but please update this thread if you learn more...Running Club targets 20105KM - 21:00 21:55 (59.19%)10KM - 44:00 --:-- (0%)Half-Marathon - 1:45:00 HIT! 1:43:08 (57.84%)Marathon - 3:45:00 --:-- (0%)0 -
Same here, 4th March last year and nothing yet, sent them a message yesterday morning but no reply as of yet...2p off is still 2p off!0

Just adding to this (have also posted on another thread... but still). Have secure messaged this morning. Feb 8 cashback not credited (disappeared), but on March 8 statement (received this morning, so late!) I am now owing Egg for £13 cashback. Presumably for moving Egg M to Egg Savings. So I start the year without my cashback (which I was relying on) AND owing cashback to Egg.
Am cross about this, but relieved (in a way) that it's not just me.

That's my understanding as well -- and I got Instant Cashback from last week's petrol purchase (which made a pleasant change because 3 or 4 times I've had to nag them via Secure Message to credit my a/c with the 2% cashback because it failed to appear automatically...).Expect the worst & hope for the best...0
