I am referring to the list linked to by Chaykin, whose post I quoted.

I didn,t think this thread was only for variable rate regular ssvers

It isn’t, I was simply pointing out that the HRBS rate list dated today refers to variable rate products only (both current and NLA) therefore it makes sense for the new Regular Saver 3, a fixed rate product, not to appear on said list.
As it isn’t listed with a rate effective from date anywhere, we can’t be certain when it launched (which was what some posters were discussing.)

I'm wondering if Co-op's 7% regular saver will continue to be offered next year after the formal transfer to Coventry BS has taken place.
My current one matures next week. Another will be started while it's still available.

Tipton app. He may wait forever if he's waiting for them to fix the app! Just have him fund it the way he usually would and call them to check that funds have arrived. They are well aware of the problem and more than happy to confirm deposits and will even send statements in the post. The external developers have not yet found the issue but supposedly are still working on it… There is a website in the works too, I'm told, but that's still in the development stages.

It isn't in the 16th October list of Variable Rate (Currently Available and NLA) linked by Chaykin. It is in the 16th October list of Currently Available (Fixed and Variable) here:
I suspect 16th October is the launch date albeit listed on the website some time on the 15th.

Yeah, if he doesn't fund within the period given they will close the account (which they'd presumably welcome a reason to do given it went NLA over a month ago.) He doesn't have to fund more than £1 without access to the account if he doesn't want to, although as long as it passes COP I don't see the issue. They will issue a passbook once funds are received, as it is the branch/post version.

Hickley & Rugby told me that they send a first class prepaid envelope with the application pack, although I appreciate you may be wanting to get yours in the post without waiting for the pack to arrive. They also confirmed no email applications.

Nothing lasts forever, but the main purpose of attracting and keeping Coop current account holders still stands. Presumably Coventry wants to increase current account numbers.
