I was hoping someone would make enquiries regarding this, as my interpretation of the T&Cs is the same as @Bridlington1 with regards to Hinckley's Christmas Saver.
I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?1 -
Great the RS maturity money has been paid into the EA savings account I kept with £0.0 balance. But now I don't have a 'Move Money' button in online banking or 'Payments' in the app for this savings account. Maybe it will appear later in the day. If not will be calling CS to get the money out from an account paying 1.05%.

You will receive a letter telling you that the account matures on the 31st October and that you will be able to access your savings from the next working day after this date.
November 1st fall on a Sunday so Monday 2nd November will be actual date you can access your funds.
At maturity they usually transfer funds into an access account.
People report that online contact can be rather slow. Phoning customer services 034 241 3785 is probably quicker but for myself as I live in the West Midlands area calling in a branch is my favoured method. They don't do Faster Payments but pay me by cheque (£500 is max for cash) which is soon deposited in my bank account and is cleared the following day.
West Brom staff are really helpful. They were awarded a gold medal last year for their excellent counter service.

i think WestBrom BS do faster payments to nominated account but they never arrived until the following working day, so I expect it will be 3rd before the money is in my nominated account if I request it on 1st or 2nd.

Progressive building society monthly saver funding question.
I opened their monthly saver earlier today and was going to do my first payment on the 30th Oct, then again on the 2nd Nov. To get 2 payments in close together.
Or should l just fund today 18th then again on 2nd Nov.

Turns out the SA I'd kept to receive RS maturities had become dormant. I called and had RS maturity money transferred to my CA and the SA reactivated. Told that if an SA has no activity for 180 days it will become dormant. My experience of this is that the account can receive money but money cannot be moved out of it.
CS could see my new RS application made on the day of disappearance, the day before maturity, and stated that someone needed to do work on the application to create the account and setup the SO.
I sort of recall that as I don't have an overdraft and don't keep £300 in my CA that the first SO fails and I had to call to remedy that also. As I've been told that the account should be setup tomorrow, I may transfer £300 over to the CA after midnight and transfer out, if not taken, by 7pm tomorrow.0 -
West Bromwich winter ready
For all intent and purpose them its a November maturing account as the funds wont be available until November 3rd - this suits me as November only has some Principality Christmas and 6 month accounts maturing. (In fact it seems like November might be a month where some accounts might need to be refreshed to release some funds although I am not sure which ones as yet and I wont do it until; late November… certainly not Halifax/LLoyds and I don't think there is a Virgin regular saver ….)
Its a pity Tipton and West Bromwich have nothing of interest to open in branch as google says they have branches on the same street in Tipton and not far from the train station - that would make a nice day trip :)
“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”2 -
Bridlington's notes on p1 says that this Progressive account is 12 months from opening, so it would make more sense to get the first payment in asap.

Dormant after 180 days inactivity? Where does it say this in the Ts & Cs?
