I might have missed some posts: can Mansfield BS "Milestone Saver" be managed online? I read it can only be managed in branch or by post so didn't bother.

You can view the account online but withdrawals and closures require written instructions in the post with the book enclosed, or a branch visit.
Response paid envelopes are available, and there's a Freepost address doing the rounds too. Cheque is the only free option for postal withdrawals.

Mansfield online question
Am I correct in thinking I would need my new account details (which I don't have as yet) to sign up for online access. Just to say, I'm a new customer waiting for my Milestone saver to open.
I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
I listen all night for your step on the stair.0 -
Not sure if you can sign up without it, I suspect not, but either way you'll need to know the account number to add it to your online account, so you wont get very far with it.

Mansfield Milestone account, finally got account details in post today and made first deposit. Am I correct that this will now count as February not January payment? .

Darlington BS
I have just noticed they have amended the wording on the adjustment made for the correction of their end of year interest error, to 'Int Overpay Adj', and also added a further small adjustment yesterday.

Same here - they have awarded me a further 21p

Mansfield doesn't credit deposits at weekends, so it will count as February.

Could have sent a cheque but I guess it will only have cost me pence and holding £500 in my bank account pending cheque cashing would have had some cost
