    Good afternoon to everyone.

I have a first direct regular saver with an SO on the 30th, but I am not sure when the February payment will be taken/ processed.

I earlier spoke to one of their Customer service people on another matter and was told the 1st March.

    Does that sound right?

Also, thank @Bridlington1 for all the effort you do. You're a saving superstar.

No it doesn't, 1st March 26 is a Sunday, I'd expect payment to be on the first working day of March.

    Hi everyone,

    Mansfield

I posted a their application form with a cheque enclosed on Friday 23rd sent to head office with a First Class stamp.

My money was taken from my Current Account yesterday 29th, and today I received the passbook and a letter with a reply paid envelope for head office. The entry in the passbook is the for the 28th.

I am a new customer, and I'm impressed with their service.

Am I now able to open a Bonus Regular (Issue8) with them now? Do I now qualify as an existing member?

Can I add my thanks to @Bridlington1, I like everyone, really do appreciate all the hard work you do.

The 'Add account' option never shows on my phone unless I change the display to 'Desktop'.

Once added it normally takes a day or two to show.
