They appear to have got it the wrong way round. Maybe somebody with the appropriate software could check which rate they have used for this projection. If they've used the higher rate by mistake, then maybe we should keep quiet about it until October of next year 😁

Do you have the 125th Anniversary one by any chance? Wondering if I can update my nominated account during application or have a different nominated account for each. Nominated account at present is NatWest which won’t allow two payments to the same sort code/account number… unless they’re like Dudley and have a separate sort code for branch and digital?

Tipton - for me, it's failing CoP - which seeing as i'm a new user and so cannot log in until the letter arrives, is no biggie - will check it again tomorrow.

125th passed COP the next day when I opened it, so it should work then.

Tipton Save & Grow Regular Saver (Mobile App Account)

Just applied through app as new member. Wouldn't take my post code. Tried with and without space. Anyway put address in manually. At the end received :

"To proceed with your application we need to confirm your identity and address."

Has anyone else had this recently ? Were Tipton able to identify you electronically or did you have to send documents ? I think the post code address finder failure may be a stumbling block; also applying after midnight may be problematic for the Tipton systems used.

if it helps, it didn't recognise my post code either - so I just typed the address in manually too.

my application was approved electronically - so just waiting on the letter before I can login.

Re confirming identity…

I had the same issue with Ecology recently, they were unable to verify me electronically so asked me to send proof of ID and proof of address. I assumed it was because I'd moved recently and the electoral roll hadn't been updated.
