I 'upgraded' my Halifax RS to an Everyday Saver, then opened the 8% RS, on 15th July, using my Halifax login.

For future reference if you have an open savings account (not the RS) they will move the money to it from the RS on the day it matures and the next day you will be able to open a new one

Couple of days but if you call them they can do it there and then.

If you select your Zopa Regular Saver, then "Add money" from a non-Zopa account, it asks you to Connect to Zap to make a transfer from that non-Zopa account. On the next screen, it displays the sort code and account number of your Zopa Regular Saver. You can then abandon the transfer, e.g. by pressing Cancel.

Thank you so so much, it was indeed there! iPhone App, was sure I had looked everywhere but apparently not. And thats not where Chatbot or CS said it would / should be, which is when they then told me it'd been withdrawn.

As I already explained, the Smart Saver has account details which covers all pots, including reg saver. I gave details on how to find and so has @clairec666 . The regular saver doesn't have it's own account details.
In my regular saver, it shows transactions in Recent Activity for every deposit made, and also interest payments every month. If you have only paid in £300 and not yet had the account a month, it will only show your deposit. Interest is paid on the day before your next payment is due.
As for disappearing pots, have never had this heppen, unless I have physically deleted a pot. I also have spreadsheet where I keep a record of all transactions.1 -
I've received an email saying that my instructions have been received.

Re: Darlington
To maintain membership I will open the Regular Saver, poor RS rate at 4.75% but I'll bung in £100. There is no penalty for missing monthly payments so it'll just sit there.
A better option in my view than leaving £! in the Maturity Account at 1.85%
