I believe I managed to open the Zopa Regular Saver paying 7.1% via 'benefit' a few weeks ago filled it with £300. But I just notice it does not appear to my saving pots, also it does not have a saving account number of reference.

What about the if the saving account suddenly disappear and you can not refer your saving account number/reference ?

You can see that there is £300 but can not even check the list of transaction. The apps seems to be not well developed. and not easy to navigate Their customer service is also not very helpful you can not talk call them them and they simply said they can not help. So due to this I am rather hesitant to add another £300.

I wonder what is the other people experience,

My RS is under Save & Invest (bottom of app, next to Spend), and is listed as Reg Saver (not sure if I gave it that name or not now) in Pots, along with other savings pots that I have. This is in the latest app, much preferred the old one. It doesn't have it's own account details, and is included in Smart Saver. Click on 3 dots next to Withdraw, click on Product details and then Smart Saver for account details.

I've not had any issues with Zopa, withdrawals have been quick, interest has been calculated correctly. Never had any reason to contact customer services, so can't comment on that. My only gripe with them is their insistence on calling their current account "Biscuit". 😁

Does your Zopa RS has a saving AC number, could you see the transaction list instead of just the total balance?. What happen if it suddenly disappears in the appear in your app which is not a distance possibility !

Currently, I am rather cautious to add another another £300 next month.

If they do not have a saving account number and you can not track the Individual transaction it is difficult to prove that you have that account and what you have paid??

The "Smart Saver" has its own sort code and account number (distinct from your current account number).

You can find it by navigating to the "Save & Invest" tab, near the top I have buttons saying "Add", "Move", "Withdraw", and 3 dots, click on the 3 dots and select "Product details".

The RS does not have its own account number, I guess it's the same for each pot within the Smart Saver.

I had the exact same experience, just thought ok I'll wait for it to mature and withdraw the lot bar £1.
