I too had problems with my memorable word not working. Can't remember how I managed to reset it - I don't recall having to wait for something in the post, but that may have been the case. I need to access via the website from time to time as you can't do everything in the app (and it's rather annoying too).

Think the MonBS Memorable Word is case sensitive, if that's not been taken into account?

Yeah, I knew that. I'm 95% sure I was entering it correctly, and since Hal17 reported having the same problem, I suspect it might be one of Monmouthshire's quirks. Maybe they reset your memorable word after a certain period of time, but don't bother telling you.

Co-op regular saver (1) @7% - I have opened a current account and went for the recent switch offer (first switch offer I have qualified for after many years of inactivity!) and then opened a RS. Co-op security extreme for opening current account and opening RS. I presume I can fund the RS direct from an external account and set up a standing order from an external account and make 13 payments in total?

In short, yes but if you are meeting the eligibility requirements for the extra £75 switch offer (3x£25) you might want to pay into your current account and set up a co-op SO to the RS as this will go towards the £1500 pay in. Not that it matters too much as you can withdraw as soon as paid in anyway! I’m in the same boat as you……got the switch offer and recently got the first £125. I also opened their RS.
