i've got one maturing on the 28th August - I have received nothing in the post, but did choose the maturity option on the 14th… though that has not stopped postal versions arriving previously!

Same for me, no postal versions.
In fact for the one that matured last week I did not get an e-mail either to say it was maturing. I only realised it had matured, by default into an easy access account, when I went online to choose maturity options for one maturing at the end of this week, for which I did receive an e-mail.
I had wondered if it was some kind of error with their systems caused by having 2 of the same issue.

Can't say about post as not at home at the moment. Received email for 1 year bond maturing on 3rd, but nothing for 6 M RS maturing on 1st Sept. Had note on calendar 2 weeks before maturity for each, so submitted maturity instructions.2 -
My maturity reminder arrived by email on the 14th, no post, but 1) I've moved recently, and 2) the postman only seems to come every 3 days round here. I always keep track of my maturity dates anyway, so there's no point them wasting paper to inform me.

No maturity letter via post, but still the "we have received your instructions" and "we have transferred the money" letters by post which arrived on the same day.

My maturity date was yesterday. Roughly how does this work? Will I get interest added today and be able to withdraw today?

Nothing here either for my one maturing at the end of this week, but then again I haven't had any Royal Mail deliveries whatsoever for over 2 weeks anyway 😡

Maybe they have realised how much money that they can save, by stopping sending out these pointless reminders by post. 😁

When my Monmouthshire BS RS8 matured it still showed as RS8 at 9am but the interest was added and account changed to their instant access account by midday. Withdrew straight away and was in my bank by 5pm

Mine too. Was wondering the same thing. It is easy access, so you can make a withdrawal now and do the rest once interest is added.
