It's not very user friendly. Always takes me about 5 attempts just to get on correct screen or move money etc. Step backwards in my opinion x

Step backwards from what?
That interface hasn't changed in years.

It would be great if they had an app, but they don't. I have been using Cahoot on and off for some time, and I mainly use it on my iPhone as the login is less laborious than online. My main transactions are payments to the same payee - my main current account - and it takes me literally seconds to make a new payment to the payee I have set up nearly 3 years ago on my Simple Saver. I wouldn't use Cahoot to set up many payees, or setting up payees on more than one Cahoot account as it's too cumbersome.
It's working absolutely great for me, but if it doesn't for you, just don't use Cahoot 😎0 -

Smart Saver isn't a product as such, it's Zopa's name/description of all the savings products they offer as 'pots' under 'Save & Invest' on the app.
You have opened a Smart Saver, that's what your two 2.95% pots are under.
Only thing that might be stopping the RS showing - the current account/Biscuit/bank account has to be "active", have you run some funds through it?

In this case it is probably 'Primary Access' I do not remember open this account and when I check the date of opening it is the same date with my Zopa biscuit account.

If there are 3 dots above the savings pot, you click on those to delete it - according to question mark procedure above Biscuit account box.
App has certainly got over-complicated. Can't find the 7.1% RS at all, or even the Smart Saver Hub. Early this morning there was a list of their 'pots' with different interest rates, ending with the 7.1, and you could just click on it. I didn't, as I hadn't yet closed my 12-month one, and now can't find that section at all.
On the internet they say click on 'Apply' in the Biscuit Account section, which takes you to the Smart Savings Hub, then to Regular Saver. But no Apply button. Perhaps my old one not properly closed yet.

It's not a Savings pot, it's a bank account pot I'm trying to delete. There's nothing in the bank account pot, and no way I can see to delete it. No dots like the saving account.

I opened my Regular Saver pot through the "Benefits" tile on the Biscuit/Spend tab in the app
@Joseph1215 there's probably no "apply" button if you already have a Regular Saver pot.
Smart Savings Hub is now the "Savings" bit of the "Save & Invest" tab. I think they renamed things in the app refresh but haven't updated their "help" and T&Cs with the new names
What the app used to look like (they haven't updated their images in Google Play Store)
