I had the same problem and deleting the 'cache' had worked for me, if not try, logging out or 'use another search engine'?
I'm struggling to see how using another (i.e. different) search engine would make the any difference here?
Unless this is a terminological confusion, and what you really mean is to use a different web browser (e.g. Firefox or Edge rather than say Chrome) ?1 -
Have you tried this yourself or heard from T&C directly? I can't see anything that's changed on the product page. Happy to give it a go though!
Presumably using the generic Savings Application Form: https://www.thetipton.co.uk/media/2thd3bdq/blank-savings-application-form-5-december-2025.pdf

Dudley BS Loyalty One Year Regular Saver
Mine matures today. Completed maturity instructions (pay to external account) and returned passbook 2 weeks ago.
Account still shows fully funded online, does anyone have experience of how long the maturity process might take?

Early closed mine, but I believe the funds arrive the next working day.

Dudley Loyalty RS maturity
Mine matured yesterday; I posted my maturity instructions and passbook last week and first thing yesterday morning my account had vanished from internet banking and the balance with interest arrived in my nominated account at around midday.

Dudley
Mine matures today. I have sent maturity instructions about a fortnight ago, which hopefully will be actioned tomorrow. Right now, the account shows a balance without interest, and a note saying “Notice to withdraw”, which presumably means they will action my request to send the matured funds to my current account.

My wife's Santander regular saver matured this week and when the money was moved out to her current account the rate in the regular saver automatically updated to 8% so she didn't have to go through the hassle of closing it and opening a new one.
I'm hoping the same might happen with my Halifax regular saver. Does anyone have any experience of this?
