Successfully renewed my and mrsm's Hfx RS and opened the 8% versions. Had to go to chat to close the BOS MS but they are still showing so can't open the new version yet. A pity the Lloyds MS are restricted to one in 12 mths.

Zopa RS maturity and auto save.

My Zopa RS matures this week. I was paying into this via the autosave function, which says it will take the next payment on the day it matures. Do I need to cancel this or will it pay it into a new 6 month RS ?

I would cancel this. Think you have to manually open a new one but I could be wrong.

I had the same problem and deleting the 'cache' had worked for me, if not try, logging out or 'use another search engine'?

Appears you need to type in your "nominated bank account" details into the App each and every time you make a withdrawal from your Monmouthshire regular saver.

I previously made "Electronic withdrawals (BACS EXTRACT)" on the 4th and 6th of Feb using the app. Just tried to make a withdrawal to my bank and it's asking for my nominated bank account details again.

Yes, it seems so, despite the "details saved" message. I did a test £1 withdrawal to make sure things were ready for maturity, but needn't have bothered.
