Definitely not one to try and exploit

Ah, the moral compass of when to exploit for personal gain, but not right to exploit an organisation for personal gain which also benefits a charity. It seems quite contradictory to what is the norm here.
The more this account is exploited the more the charity gets, but surely exploitation is exploitation is it not?

I don’t know if I’ve overthinking it but that seems quite counterintuitive in terms of product design. Essentially it is a product which allows people to make a donation to charity so long as they already donate their time to that charity. I’d have thought that people who already volunteer might be less incentivised to donate money as well, compared with someone who thinks it is a worth cause but doesn’t already volunteer?
I suppose they are wanting to restrict the number of accounts that can be opened but having a strict limit, whilst making it available to everyone, would seem to have been better in my view.
Anyway, that’s not what it is…

Not sure why anyone would want to try under false pretences for an account that pays 5%. Or for any account, for that matter.
If anyone is happy with a 5% Regular Saver, there are half a dozen available to all. On top of this, there are also 5% accounts without monthly deposit limits.
