I took a completed form in to branch on Saturday morning.

The cheque was cashed today.

There's been an update to the Zopa app today. I couldn't fund my Regular Saver with my normal transfer from another pot, which I was able to in January. On querying this with online chat, it said the funding has to come from a linked external bank account. Madness. So I transferred £300 out to my linked bank account, and back in again.

ETA, actually the payment going to my external account is very slow, so the money I've sent back is from my external account. That's not arrived yet either. Seems very slow this morning.

ETA2. It may be a linked account, not a linked EXTERNAL account. I may have rembered it wrong. I was trying to transfer between two savings pots.

Similar to others above …. I send £500pm to Zopa CA from another bank, then have a SO for £300 from the Zopa CA to the Zopa RS, and a 2nd SO (edit: for £200) from the Zopa CA to the Zopa Primary Savings Pot (boosted). The SOs are still in place (Android) and I have no notification that they are about to be cancelled?

Perhaps it said linked account and I've assumed it should be an external one. Can't remember!

Yesterday I moved the usual from my Biscuit Current Account with them to the Reg saver manually with no problems, having funded the Biscuit account from an external source: this was on an Apple ipad.

I always send money to Zopa CA and feed RS from there. This has never failed. Done it this morning at around 7.30am (had to update the app too) and everything was instant as usual.

Mansfield BS were on top form this week.

They took in my form on Saturday for their reg saver and processed same day, deposited my £500.00 also.

Today I called and got Acc details and deposited another £500.00.
