  • Lady Morticia, before you leave , PLEASE agree to get some help.

Maybe ask a neighbour to post a letter to your Doctor and/or the MIND office.

You must have the help you need.

I'm sorry, the OP has been misleading us. If she is unable to use the phone, walk to a postbox, or go shopping, she must also be somehow managing wihtout any medication or medical help atall, as we all know that docs don't bring your meds round to your house! .

If this is the case, how does she get benefits and disability premuims. No, something is not quite right.

I am not disbelieving that she is is struggling with mental problems, but all in all it just doesn't quite add up right.

I'm sorry I don't know how to link but I've just seen another post from LM saying how she has been to the POST OFFICE to buy/send off a Postal Order for something she bought on eBay

Because I used to have a CPN. My mental health has worsened. It's just my luck that it worsened after I stopped seeing my CPN.

I don't need to justify myself to you or anyone else. I know what I can and can't do and that's all that matters.

I used to be on meds but they made me very ill so the doctor took me off them.

Also, I used to have a leaving care worker and a project worker who worked for a different county foster care team. They used to come around and help me with benefits and stuff. Now that I'm 21, they're not allowed to see me anymore.

As I said, I'm not going to justify myself to anyone here. I know my limitations and my own mind.

BTW I never set out on a witch-hunt, but there are some of us who have to drive 100 mile trips to attend IB assesments and have had to move away from family and friends just to find a home that is safe for the family's disabilities. It just seems ungrateful of some to just not bother going along to interviews/assesments when this country is so generous with its benefits  .

I will shut up now - but just to reiterate, for those in GENUINE need I give all my empathy.

LM your mental health must have declined really rapidly as you were down at the Post Office only weeks ago.

Exactly, she needs to get her story right to make sure it is believable before coming on here playing the sympathy card.

How can she be deemed in need of Carers Allowance if her Fiancee that is/was getting the Carers Allowance has now !!!!!!ed off to Ireland, I agree it doesn't add up.

No doubt he will have paid back the Carers Allowance by now??

As a BPD sufferer, you will no doubt be aware that symptoms are rarely static and people can have rapid and drastic mood changes? You will also be aware people, even professionals, are sometimes oblivious to the needs of people with BPD, and often misunterpret their behaviours as attention seeking and/or histrionic? Lastly, you will know that no two people will have exactly the same experience or can be helped in exactly the same way?

Plus, the very nature of BPD can make these people difficult to understand but that does not mean the OP is lying. There could be many reasons why a couple of posts seem pout of sync. It is not a straightforward illness - as you will be aware.

Well done for overcoming you difficulties but please don't think everyone else will respond the same way!

Didn't you read my previous post? I said that my fiancee recently phoned up carers allowance and told them he's not looking after me anymore.

Right, you know what? Think what you want. I don't care what you say anymore. I have done everything I can.I have always let DWP know any changes in situation by either writing and getting fiancee to post (when he was here) or getting my leaving care worker to phone for me, but seeing as I don't have anyone around now, I came here with a genuine problem asking for genuine help.

I'm not posting in this thread anymore, because, quite frankly, it's making my mental health worse and I'm getting stressed over it.

    Good day.
