Lloyds switch offer 6 January to 3 February 2026

That doesn't sound right. It's 7 working days to switch, not calendar days. So I think you're looking at completion on the 26thlondoner62 said:
I also asked for my switch to complete on the 23rd January, I received a text today from Lloyds advising that my switch will start in 3 days which will be the 16th meaning that seven days later it should complete on the 23rd.AltruisticPie1544 said:Is there any way to track the progress of the switch? I asked for my switch to complete on 23rd Jan, but didn't get any confirmation email and see no info in the app. Should I expect to receive some notification later this week once they start the switch?1 -
How long does 30pence.co.uk take to email confirmation of DD set up request? When I did 50p DD i got an instant email confirmation0

I set up 2 of these on 6Jan, no email confirmation. First pulled funds today, second says it will pull tomorrow.kuepper said:How long does 30pence.co.uk take to email confirmation of DD set up request? When I did 50p DD i got an instant email confirmation3 -

Thanks.I'm waiting til the 3 DDs I've set up have taken money before I downgrade my Club account to Classic so I can switch to a new Club. Does downgrading happen immediately when you do it or is there a delay before I can apply to switch?0 -
Having just done it, I can confirm the downgrade was immediate and it allows me to immediately apply for the new Club Lloyds account.kuepper said:Thanks.I'm waiting til the 3 DDs I've set up have taken money before I downgrade my Club account to Classic so I can switch to a new Club. You might need to log out of online banking and then back in to see the change of account type become visible.0 -
Getting seriously disappointed with 30p DDs - it’s been an entire week since I applied and they have not taken the DD, nor sent any confirmation for it. Luckily, I have another option via my ancient ex-Egg account. They are very slow but 100% reliable, and will be taking my new DD by the end of the week. I had just hoped 30p DD would be faster but turns out they aren’t, at least not for me0

Mine has been debited today. I set it up a week ago on the 7th in the evening. Donor account is Santander. I must have been feeling generous as I let them take 60p - I don't know if that made any difference.friolento said:Getting seriously disappointed with 30p DDs - it’s been an entire week since I applied and they have not taken the DD, nor sent any confirmation for it. Have twice tried to apply for a Lloyds account - yesterday and this morning. Both times got all the way through to the last section to complete (Your account) and it fails after the accessibility question saying "Something has gone wrong, please try again later".
Has anyone else had this?0 -
Yes, tech issue. Did you close or downgrade a CL to open a new one?The_Boss said:Have twice tried to apply for a Lloyds account - yesterday and this morning. Try the app. which may bypass the tech issue, let us know if successful - kinda worked for OH; got all the way through the application but declined at the end YMMV
Failing that it's call them.0
