Got it this morning - one calendar month after completion on the 12th Feb. Happy days.
So, I'm grateful for the extra cash but the negative being the zero feedback throughout, which is pretty poor IMHO.

No feedback is fairly standard compared to other switches I've done

Has anybody else not had their incentive yet? I opened my account on 9th Feb and have fulfilled all the requirements (used the Switch service, 5+ debit card transactions, logged in to the app and paid in £1000).
I know they still have just over a week until the deadline to pay but seeing other posts where people got their incentive weeks ago makes me a little paranoid that something has gone wrong with mine!

You might want to check the T&s of the particular offer you signed up for. This thread is for the Club Lloyds switch offer which ended on 03Feb. No debit card transactions were required, only that you switch an account from another bank with 3x DDs.

Hi, I am looking for some help with switching. Everything goes well until when Lloyds ask if I want to switch. I say yes and add my old bank account details. It then says the details does not match and stop me switching. However, all the info I add is correct. I checked in my TSB (old bank and there is nothing wrong in there). Does anyone have any idea of what I need to do to get this to work? Thanks

There will be something (very minor) wrong in what you are typing in. A full first name, possibly with the middle name, or just initials. Hyphenated surname? Road v Rd or Street v St in the address?
Fundamentally if you can't work it out with troubleshooting you'll have to ring TSB to check their records or ring Lloyds to manually work through the automated match error.
