I got £250 incentive credited today, but no text notification.

I got my tickets first then the bonus a few days later. Completed on the 27th and just got the bonus so it may be a couple more days for your bonus

I received my switching bonus this morning. Switch completed on 29th January.

I got my switching bonus today - my switch completed on 29th Jan after getting my cinema tickets two days ago.
No text or email notification to advise of the payment of the switching bonus.
