It had to be a Club Lloyds Silver which you wouldn't be eligible for if you already had Club Lloyds benefits on another account.

ahh. So I had Club Lloyds regular account with benefits. Then opened club Lloyds silver and did a new switch into that.

so I’ve made a rookie error and not eligible based on that?

If you had a Club Lloyds account, are you sure you opened a Club Lloyds Silver and not just a Lloyds Silver?

I don't think Lloyds let you have more than one Club account, unless one is a joint account, so I think you must have opened an ordinary Silver account, and not the Club Lloyds Silver account.

Got my £250 today, switch date of 2nd February. A nice start to the day 😊

Also got my £250 today, switch date 2nd Feb. All my three DDs were newly added to the donor account and didn’t pay out on the new Club Lloyds until after switch date, but all did before the incentive was paid, all were long standing DDs though.

I'm 2nd Feb too, no money yet either. let's hope they are working through it and we get a nice little notification tomorrow!
