That sounds, the 7 days bit, as if they were considering your account application. The switch bit would only happen if that was approved.

If that's as far as you got, and you heard nothing back, and you haven't had new account details (in the post) for the new Club Lloyds account you needed to have before the switch, then that account application must have been rejected. And their comms (I'd guess just an email) telling you this must have failed to get to you.

Also completed my switch on 23rd Jan and have just received the switch incentive within the last hour.

Texts received for both of us this morning to say the incentives should be in our a/cs. Sure enough, my wife's was paid this morning.

completed 28th & waiting, worried my direct debits haven’t fit their definition of an “active” one because I moved them from a different account before switching. When I called the lady said it “should” be fine

Switched on Jan 26, received £250 bonus today.

3 x 30p direct debit paid out once on donor account prior to switch.

Now that our bonuses have been paid, it's been time to sort out our a/cs.

The new Club Lloyds sole a/cs are ready for switching elsewhere so I downgraded them to Classic to allow our old sole a/cs to be upgraded back to Club Lloyds.

Our old joint Club Lloyds had to be downgraded and it was now time to get it back.

Although you are allowed to have both sole & joint Club Lloyds a/cs, you cannot normally upgrade your second a/c online.

My cunning plan was to use their app on two phones, and their website on a PC, to get past the upgrade selection page on the two sole Classic a/cs and the joint Classic one, before finalising any.

I'm pleased to say that this worked and our old sole & joint Club Lloyds a/cs are now reinstated.
