Evening all 😁
LW, sorry you have teeth trouble, nothing worse i don't think.
Regarding the boxes, that's just what's there, there were loads Thursday so i had a look and chose the one i wanted 🤣
Miserable day here as well today, got my ironing done.
Who want yorkies as a fibre choice? I do and i did 😁
I had earlier
egg wraps with LM sausages and mushrooms, cherry toms and water melon.
Roast beef, tonnes of veg, cauliflower cheese and banging fibre choice Yorkies

Glad to hear the Yorkshires worked well @bubbs using the wholemeal flour. How many grams for the fibre choice? 🤔
Our Farmfoods closed down today as the site's been sold for development. So no more cheap frylight and other bargains for me☹️. I find it unbelievable that they say they can't find another site anywhere in the city.
Sorry to hear about the tooth abscess @Longwalker. I don't blame you having some comfort food after that. 🤗0 -

Hi all,
Too dark to see what the weathers doing. I’m WFH for a couple of hours this morning then I have some life admin to attend to.I weighed in with a (drumroll please) 2.5lb loss this morning whoop! Very happy with that! Did change a few things up last week - walked a little more overall and added spinach to my breakfast when I could, so maybe that helped. Anyway, I’ll take it!!! Just 1.5lb and I’ll be in the next stone bracket and heading for target, which will be a huge psychological boost for me.Food today:
B - satsuma, spinach omelette - S, P
L - AF bacon, LO roasties, poached egg, baked beans, apple - P, free
D - pork fillet with mustard greens - free
HEA - milk
HEB - 20 almonds
Syns - skinny bar 3Cross-stitch WIP: Haberdashery Shop Fiver Friday challenge 2026 founding member 😊 Read 26 books in 2026 8/26 Currently reading Raven Black by Ann Cleeves0 -
Morning all, more rain overnight but dry at the moment although very grey and cloudy again. It's forecast to stay dry but not doing any washing - that can wait a couple of days as Wednesday is supposed to be a better dry day but we'll have to wait and see!
Well done @Coxy11, 2.5lb is a brilliant loss. Hopefully you'll get that 1.5lb next week to take you into the next stone bracket down and on your way to target. How much do you need to lose to get back to target range? Ive still got about 3.5lb and after a couple of STS weeks I'm really hoping for a loss this week!
Sorry forgot to say sorry about your small gain @bubbs but I'm sure that will come off this week. It's funny how our bodies react even when we've been good.
Today's plan:
B - porridge, mixed frozen fruit - HEB; S
L - mushroom omelette - P; S
D - pork chop, mash, veg - P; S; F
HEA - milk
HEB - porridge
Swips - none planned but may have a skinny bar later 3-5 depending on which one I have!
Have a good day everyone.

That's a fantastic loss @coxy11. You really have knuckled down to get back to target , I really need to do the same . I shall let DH know there's a known issue but no recall. OUCH at the cost for the car parts. I had to buy the water jets for my car from BMW - £98 for two piddly bits of plastic !!!!!Those Yorkies look banging @bubbs . Great use of the HEB@Maman , that's a shame. We dont have Farmfoods nor Aldi here in NI so we dont get the good bargain prices you guys get. However we are getting a Food Warehouse opening shortly in the next town so will add that to my places to trawl@Joedenise , you are bound to get a loss this week , especially if you do a speed day ?Ladies, you do all know that the healthy extras are now mix and match? So you can have two HEBs and not need to syn/swip?The weather here is atrocious , we are on a yellow warning for rain now for the next 48 hrs, then we are expecting snow Its just so depressing, the garden is already a mud bath , I have to wear wellies to walk the dog cos the roads are just covered in muddy water and the dog comes in totally clarried in mud.And Ive come home to a mad house. DH has decided to start the decorating , but instead of clearing the room, hes working around !!!! Im leaving him too it. One of the posh shops in town have just posted they are closing down next month and all stock is 50%. They sell Joules, Crew and Lighthouse and such brands, plus they do home decoration and gifts and all nice stuff. So Im off to have a nosyNot sure about food today. I have mince I just lifted half price from work so will do that for mum and DH , I might have poached eggs and kippers - just not sure0

That's a brilliant loss @Coxy11, delighted for you.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I'm sure you're motivated by that to aim for the new number next week.🤞🏼
It's dry here too @joedenise but I cleared my washing basket at the weekend so can't take advantage. I'm sure you'll stay on plan again this week and will be due a loss. 🤞🏼
You may not have food bargains @Longwalker (although all of us pale into insignificance alongside @bubbs) but you did really well with the Jaeger jacket!😁 Good luck with getting what you need for the house or yourself today.
Yes, @bubbs posted about the new system for Healthy Extras. If I've got it right, we're now allowed any 3 per day so could have 3 HEBs if we wanted. Obviously, it's personal choice but I'm sticking to one calcium and 1 fibre most days but it's good to know I can have more if I want to. The one I mostly take advantage of is extra cheese.
Thanks for the reminder about kippers. We enjoy them but haven't had any in a while. They're a good source of healthy fats and much better VFM than most other fish.
Our very local Iceland closed down some time ago as they were in the same development as Farmfoods but there are plenty of other local branches and a Food Warehouse in the city centre if I needed anything from there. Does anyone know if the sell frozen, sliced leeks? And has anyone seen/tried the SW dauphinoise potatoes yet? 🤔
Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, eggs, bacon (P), tomatoes (S), HEA milk for drinks
L- cold meat (P), roast potatoes (F), LO veg and pickles (S)
D- cold chicken (P), SW chips (F), stir fried veg (S)
Swips-00 -
Still no sign of the dauphinoise potatoes @maman although I think @bubbs said they were due at the end of the month so perhaps we'll see them next week.
We tried the garlic and coriander naan breads and they're not bad although would have liked a bit more garlic and coriander flavour to them. When I've used the ones I bought I might have a go at making them using some wholemeal flour and yoghurt and add some garlic granules and ground coriander to the mix as well as spraying them and sprinkling on the outside!

Afternoon all,
Fab loss @Coxy11 🎉 it’s so motivating going for the next stone bracket. You’ll smash it again next week.
Good luck bargain hunting @Longwalker. I like Joules clothing, similar to Fat Face it washes well and last for years but I refuse to pay full price. Probably say that about all my clothes, I look then wait for sales or charity bargains 😁
Ran a few errands this morning as the weather is supposed to be pretty horrendous from tonight for a few days with wind and rain. I can now hunker down (with my book 😉).
Today’s food:
Breakfast - baked oats HE fibre, raspberries, nectarines, f/f Greek yoghurt, vanilla syrup 1 swip
Lunch - pea and ham soup, banana
Dinner - homemade meatballs in tomato sauce, spaghetti, Parmesan HE calcium

I weighed on Saturday but didn’t get chance to post. I can’t remember what I was last time I posted but am now 3lb over the next stone bracket that I’ve been trying to got get to FOREVER. I was very close at one stage just before Christmas then 5 lb away…..anyway I’m going in the right direction again. I think listening to the tapes has helped me a little. I had be definitely cut back on chocolates since I’ve been listening to them. I had some flapjack and a piece of cheesecake over the weekend but haven’t been continuously reaching for the Christmas chocolates as I had been. .
My brother is going home today….he’s still on strong painkillers and depending on how his recovery goes will need the same op on the other leg in about 8 weeks. In between times he can’t put any weight through either leg.I slow cooked a piece of beef yesterday so it’s leftovers today for tea along with carrot, swede and cabbage. The gravy is delicious, just the juices from the meat, carrot and onion from the slow cooker blitzed with a bit of cornflour.January spends - £587.580
