Well done on the loss @bubbs and your gain is great for being away @joedenise . I gained 1.5, can put that down to drinking wine instead of water last week 🙈🤣

After the most horrendous thunder and rain yesterday, I’ve now got a broken gutter and blocked down pipe. Due another storm in the next few hours and hoping the forecast may be wrong 🤞

I had the usual fruit and yoghurt earlier and it’s chicken tikka pieces with roasted veg and salad in wraps for tea later.

amazed to lose 3 lb today !
Think it’s all the water I’ve been drinking ,not eating much either .its so humid and I just don’t function in heat like this ,I live 25 miles from the hottest place in England yesterday.

Noisy storming the night but v little rain rain

    Take care all

Well done @bubbs and @Suffolksue on your losses xx

1lb isn’t bad at all @joedenise and tbh if I’d drunk wine I’d be delighted with 1.5lb @Jellybaby xx

Hope you can get the MH fixed quickly @joedenise and commiserations on your gutter issues @Jellybaby really frustrating.

We had terrific thunder and lightning last night which cooled things down slightly. We took DDad to the Headcorn airshow today - it was boiling and DH bought a parasol there. We took a blanket and the one camping chair we now own. It came over cloudy this afternoon with a few spots of rain.

Food choices were limited. I had a flatbread with roasted Mediterranean veg and we’ve had chilli rice and salad for tea. I’d love to have a drink during the football but need to drop DDad back to DSis house after. She’s away but DS2 is house/pet sitting. Are you all keeping up lol?!

Morning all, definitely much cooler again this morning. Our top temperature today is forecast to be 25 so should be much more comfortable than it has been lately.

Haven't been shopping yet but think we'll probably go today as DH wants to see if Aldi still have the shorts they were advertising last week as he needs some new ones so he can get rid of some of his older ones!

@beanielou - If you don't mind losing your history there is free joining until 4 July so would probably be cheaper to rejoin rather than paying back fees if that applies.

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up - sausage, bacon, beans, egg - P; F; 1
    L - burger, onions, gherkin slices, soft pitta - Fibre, S; 0.5
    D - roast chicken dinner - P; S; F

    Calcium - milk
    Fibre - soft pitta
    Swips - sausage 1; burger 0.5

    Have a good day everyone.

    Morning all 😁

Sun is out and there is a breeze this morning, so hopefully cooler .

Beanie you would have a grace week to get back into target , if you don't the next week, you will have to pay till you do or lower your target , i'd guess you won't want to rejoin because of losing your history

I know we are having steak for tea, but not sure what at lunch yet.
