    Morning,

Another hot one today. I’m off to London with DDad as we have tickets for an exhibition. I’m taking an apple for the train and we will eat lunch with his SIL after our visit.

I had my hair cut shorter 3 weeks ago so it only goes into a stubby ponytail now which I don’t really like but it’s fine for WFH!

Shame about the result @Jellybaby but it’s not over just yet 🤞🏻

    Food today:

    B - banana, Mini weetabix, strawberries, mullerlight - free, fibre, S, 0.5

L - apple, ?? Hoping for Bills or Zizzis

    D - brown rice bowl - free, P, S, calcium

    Calcium - milk

    SWIPs - at least 0.5

    Have a good day all.

    Morning all,

Despite the awful result, DS2 is only just home! Good planning on his part to take time off and recover 🤣 Meanwhile DS1 on the opposite side of the world, and never remembers time differences, has been texting about plane cancellations due to bad weather 🙈 never a dull moment!

Back to SW, I went over syns yesterday as I had two glasses of wine. Yet another line drawn. I’ve had collagen coffee 2.5 swips when I got up and going to have a fry up for brunch to use up what’s left in the fridge and DS can finish off his sausages.

I’d planned chicken curry from the freezer for dinner but might rethink it as it’s another hot day - rain and thunder storms back tomorrow according to forecast.

Have a good day everyone - keep drinking 😁

Good decision to come home in the heat of France, especially with the water pump packing up. I have asked myself what on earth im doing moving down South where it’s generally a tad warmer than here. I can’t cope with our temperature - that has been in the 30s today though….its 29 in the darkened living room.

Well the wedding I’m going to is on Saturday….im hoping the blue dress still looks ok as I’ve failed miserably trying to loose weight. I haven’t got scales any more as they just kept telling me the same weight, unless I take the batteries out and re setting them and have ended up in the bin, as I’m not convinced they’re accurate . I’ve had some very on plan meals but some meals out with friends as goodbyes. I’m hoping once we move I can settle down properly and get into a routine. I’m going to try the dress on later and will be so cross if it looks a mess 🥴 I can’t say I’m relishing the wedding as I won’t know anyone other than the friend who asked me to be her +1. We’re staying over in the hotel where the wedding is. Then it’s home Sunday afternoon and we’re heading down South in a caravan for a few days on Monday. We booked this when we were planning to look for homes down there but everything has moved quickly and we have the sale going through. We will go and see Dd and take all the buildings from the railway for her to look after until we actually move in.

Well that's me right now, keep seeing koftas in the shops, but i had some 5%pork in the fridge that needed using.

So a quick Google gave me an idea for ingredients.

    Pork mince
    2 tsp lazy garlic
    Loads paprika
    Tsp chilli flakes
    About 4 tsp dried parsley.

This is what I used, they were lush and free meal

Afternoon all, we're home! It was just far too hot in the motorhome and forecast to go up into the 40s next week! Pleased to say the bungalow feels quite cool compared with outside and in the motorhome.

DH needs to order a new water pump and then sort that out. Hopefully he can do that sooner rather than later!

I've bought some food home but not all of it SW friendly so it will be back on plan as much as possible but also use up some of the goodies too! Will weigh tomorrow morning when I get up just to see how much damage I've done in the last couple of weeks.

Need to sort out a menu plan of sorts to use up some freezer stuff and then come up with a shopping list for anything else we need. Think there will be some lollies on that list!

That's how the motorhome felt particularly in the loo! You'd go in there to have a wash and come out absolutely dripping again! It was awful. Definitely better being at home.

Dh is hoping to sort out the fuses (for 12v) and the water pump so we can at least have water coming out of the taps!

Has cooled down a bit now but still feeling quite warm - living room is now at 26.7 degrees which is definitely more comfortable than earlier.
