Also picked these wraps up this morning, 1 for fibre choice

Afternoon all, a bit cooler today but still too hot to sit out in it. Didn't bother getting the washing in last night before going to bed and was going to get it in this morning before putting more out. That didn't work as we had a thunder storm about 3 o'clock this morning - thunder, lightening and heavy rain so of course everything was soaking wet so had to get it in and respin it before hanging out again. Everything is now almost dry so more washing is in the machine ready to go out after lunch when I've got the 3 loads off the line.

Just the bedding to do after the load which is currently in so will then be caught up with all the washing from our holiday plus a few bits which were in the wash basket from before the holiday. No doubt in a couple of days there will be more than enough for another load!

Today's plan:

B - cheese omelette - Calcium, P
L - couscous made with tomato juice with various veg - S; F
D - sweet and sour pork, rice - P; S; F (pork from freezer)

Calcium - milk, cheese
Fibre - none planned
Swips - none planned

Thanks Beanie 😁was some great losses this morning, everyone saying they will have put on because of the fluids and heat, 5 st, 5 1/2 st and 6 stone award given out today 👏👏My friend said last night i am not feeling it, feel bloated , bla, bla bla, i said if you don't come it's a slippery slope, she only went and lost 5 1/2 lband got the 6st award 👏👏👏

Well done @bubbs - great loss and bottom end of target, doesn't get any better than that!

The couscous actually had meat and chickpeas as well as the veg so at least some protein although not a lot! Probably had a few swips as well as think it had some olive oil in it too.

Forgot to say I weighed this morning and pleased to say I only gained 1lb! Hopefully that will be gone by Friday WI. Think most of the loss was from drinking plenty of water and then sweating it out!

Thanks Denise. 1lb is bloomin good, i will be happy if that's all i put on when i go away, very much doubt it though 🤣🤣

Beanie she is amazing but don't see it, she has lost 11lb in a week before but then she has gained as much in a week , you can really really tell now, she wants to lose about another 8 st but i said she has got to remember she has got to maintain that, i think 5/6 would be plenty .
