I’m with you on the rain @beanielou totally scunnering as was the result last night 🙈

Made class this morning and drum roll….only a wee half gain! Totally happy with that as I was expecting at least three if I’m honest.

Just about to have a fry up SW style then off to give the car its first wash and hoover out (this won’t last!). Dinner is good old meatballs with spaghetti and Parmesan. Need to make more tomato sauce but that shouldn’t take long.

We have just had a shower but supposed to be really hot again today, well it's not cold, it's comfortable

Isn’t everyone so much nicer and happier when the sun’s out? 😁 I decided to wash bedding just after lunch and it’s all dry and back on beds already.

Good loss @bubbs once issues resolved you’ll be back to keeping shoes on to get weighed 🤣🤣

Might go for a quick walk to get some steps in before I make dinner.

Bloody hot today! Not done much, did change the bed and do some washing, problem now is ironing 🤣🤣

You ought to see the bruises DH has got 😱 they did warn him because of the aspirin but his back has a massive one, don't know where that has come from!

I had some leftover mash in the freezer so made some cheese , half calcium and chive waffles, to make a ham salad sarnie for lunch and of course watermelon 🤣

We had steak and salad for tea, i had half calcium and made a garlic bread, fibre but only ate half as was full up 😱

Morning all,

Didn’t get a chance to post yesterday, spent over 8 hours between minor injuries and A&E with my dad. All sorted now and when I phoned mum to check in this morning, he’s still in bed sound asleep apparently which is not surprising!

Food all day yesterday was a M&S meal deal and I half a sandwich and bag of crisps dad Didnt want.

Today will be better. I’m going to make a sweet omelette with banana, strawberries and raspberries, yoghurt and skinny toffee syrup (0.5) for brunch and I’ve taken the salmon I keep dodging out for dinner. I’ll have Jersey Royals and roasted veg with it.

Need to pop out and pick up a couple of items I ordered online but apart from that a quiet day 🤞
