Morning all 😁
Welcome Denise, consultant brought the sugar free ones to group for us this week, was lovely as was still hot.
I was happy with the 1 sv ones I got last week as was soooo hot, but will look for the others.
Just having 2nd cuppa before we go unit. Making the most of it before it gets too hot again end of the week. Hadn't been for nearly 2 weeks because of the heat!
My BIL should be having his surgery this morning, fingers 🤞, consultant has been and his sugars are good so should be going ahead .

Morning all,
All good wishes to your BIL @bubbs x
We have a Dad-free day as DSis is taking him out. We are off to look at bedroom furniture options and will visit a locally owned Manor House that only opens a few times a year. This means lunch out….
Food today:
B - AF bacon medallions/tomatoes/ mushrooms, poached egg - P, S
L - out - hoping for a salad or JP 🤞🏻
D - we are taking DDad to M!ller and Carter as DS1 and DDIL haven’t see him yet as have been away. Will go for steak and salad (have not been before so any info appreciated)
Blimey @beanielou I’m not even within half a stone ABOVE target let alone below. Need to give my head a wobble I think.

Morning all, it's definitely much cooler this morning and we've had a few spots of rain but nothing to talk of! I've even put some lightweight trousers on this morning as didn't think it was quite warm enough to carry on wearing shorts!
I'm like you @Coxy11 with a weight above top end of target - just wish I could get back to top end and then have more of a chance of getting to actual target or below! I'm about 5lb above target but at least it's a while before the next holiday, which will fortunately be a self catering one but there will of course be a couple of meals out at least! Think it's about 5 weeks to the next holiday so with a fair wind it's possible I could make it to top end before we go! It's UK based this time so all food should be easily available.
Hope all goes well for for BIL @bubbs.
Today's plan:
B - toasted cheese sandwich, pickles - Fibre; Calcium, S
L - stir fried chicken and vegetables with noodles, soya sauce - P; S; F
D - keema curry, rice, mango chutney - P; S; F; 3Fibre - bread
Calcium - milk, cheese
Swips - mango chutney 3; Mr Freeze ice pop 0.5Have a good day everyone.

Change of plan for lunch! We had chicken tacos using the stand and stuff tacos. I had 2 so 7 swips. We'll have the stir fry tonight but using mince instead of chicken.

My sister has just rang, BIL heart rate and BP really dropping , only 33 beats per minute 😱😱 they are talking pacemaker now, but i said it might be the anesthetic, but because he is diabetic as well, got sugars to content with as well . Being so far away does not help 😢
