Car boot done! It was rather warm. However I'm really pleased with how it went, and I got rid of loads of DH's stuff 😁 stuff from the kids, and even a few bits from me too. I'm glad I made the effort in the end.
I'm not planning on doing a lot this afternoon, as I was sat in full sun this morning (covered up and with suncream), so I just want to guzzle loads of water and eat ice lollies this afternoon.

Bravo on boot sale!
I have sadly never experienced decrease in appetite when it's warmer 😂

That's pretty much today's plan as well!
Thank you 😊 Shame about not getting the decrease in appetite, it's a bonus for me!

I had a rubbish night's sleep last night - partly the heat but mostly because I've got a stinking cold! It's awful in this weather! Little miss had it over the weekend, and we were wondering if she'd developed hayfever as there was so much pollen in the air at sports day, but now I've got it, and it's definitely not hayfever.
Today's plan is to do as little as possible. I've got the other freezer defrosting now, but will have to hurry it up as much as I can as it's a fridge freezer so the fridge is off too. The kids have been instructed not to open the door!
Little miss came down this morning wearing jeans and a jumper and is not changing. I don't know what's wrong with her 😂🥵 It's already 25 degrees here!

Commiserations on the cold jwil, hope it ceases soonest. I have a preteen male relative who refuses to wear shorts no matter how hot it is and insists on black fleecy trousers instead 😰😵💫🥵

Thank you 😊 I don't understand these children - little jwil is the opposite and will still be wearing shorts and tshirt in the middle of winter!

There were so many coughs and sneezes going round school before we broke for half term, I was trying so hard to convince myself it was everyone having hayfever but some of the kids were so ill! Booooo to colds in spring/summer
Hope you feel much better soon

It's ridiculous this time of year! 😆 Thankfully it seems much better today!
