I suppose the problem is when procurements are done, there are processes in place, and people aren't able to take into account their own opinions or knowledge of a company, they have to score solely on what is written in the tender and the price. It's a horrible situation to be in, but doing anything otherwise opens up to legal challenge, and those companies are often quick to challenge. It's awful when there's a company you know will do a better job or be more ethical, but they lose to a company where you know the whole lot they've written is bull, but they've put in a better price or said all the right words.

I'm sure you are correct but they should be writing very heavy penalty clauses into those agreements.

Sounds a lovely if very busy day!
Take it off their pocket money, you can't be having tweens/teens thinking water comes for free 😁
How Crapita are still allowed to legally operate in this country is absolutely beyond me, they have the King Shitus touch, where everything they go near turns into a massive pile of disgusting misery and expense

I agree.
The kids do get nagged, one benefit of only having one loo, is that there's generally someone nagging them to hurry up. At the moment, I'm just enjoying them being clean without too much nagging 😆

A bit of interest to add to my PAD today giving it a nice start to the month.
I'm in the office today, so will take lunch. DH is taking my car so I'll be walking which is good as it will save me parking. Thankfully I don't have a 9am meeting today.

Hi @jwil when my children were teenagers, to reduce the time spent in the shower, I added a shower timer that looked like an egg timer. We talked about why were were using it and they were happy to do their bit for the planet 😉 If I remember correctly, I got mine free from a sustainability type website. Anyway, you can buy them on Am@zon, but if you do a bit of research, you may also find a free one.
