Another nice day today. This temperature is much more comfortable.
I lost 1lb today at SW which is ok. I would have liked a bit more, but there has been plenty of icecream this week which I have enjoyed 😁 I would just like to get past that 3st barrier. I've been hovering around the same weight since November now, I need to get it moving again.
DH has gone out on his bike. This afternoon we'll probably go to a local village fete. Not much else planned. I want to do a bit of SW food prep to get me organised for the week ahead.

@jwil - do you eat fish and/or spicy foods? I find these foods seem to help to shift the weight when it's not been shifting. Might be worth a try!

I'm not a huge fan of fish but I do eat it sometimes. I don't mind spicy food, but the rest won't eat it so I don't normally bother. I think my problem is the extras though. I need to start tracking again really.

1lb is a decent loss. Better than a gain. Great news on your pension, since Cr@pita took over our work pension scheme admin I can’t even view mine 😞My friend retired in March and hasn’t even heard anything about hers yet alone received a payment 🤬
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping) -.literally have been run over by a bike, mobility scooter and a car - still here 💪2 -
That's terrible. I've heard loads of bad things about them. It's ridiculous waiting for so long, they assume everyone has loads of savings to live off while they wait!
Thank you 😊

There is a good reason why most people put that extra R in their name. Obviously any employer who uses them doesn't give a hoot about their own reputation.

I can't believe we're in June tomorrow! That's a decent PAD total for the month.
I was hoping for a day getting stuff done around the house today, but that didn't happen. Little miss got up and decided she wanted to do parkrun, and DH wanted to go to the boot sale for which he needed my car. So we both accompanied her to parkrun, then we all went to the boot sale. Then came home, picked up little jwil and we went off out to use one of the free vouchers to an English Heritage property. That was good to see as it's fairly local, but we've never been. We then went to a supermarket to pick up a few bits and went to a NT place to have a picnic lunch. That was nice!
In good money news we've had our water bill. This is the end of the first year since we had the meter installed. The great news is they are reducing our payment by £40 a month to £50 a month, and we are also due a refund of over £400 as we are in credit 😁 To think we were paying £127.50 a month last year! We haven't changed our usage at all, and are actually using a bit more as the kids are discovering long showers 🙄
